In this episode we laughed so much that we couldn’t breath. At one point Chris slid off his chair and flopped around on the floor like a landed fish. Flip flop. What a sight – four men reduced to tears, breath coming in ragged gulps, eyes red and puffy.

Laughter is good and restful and healing. Listening to this podcast might not have quite the same effect on you that it did on us recording it but nevertheless know it was produced with joy and will always be a memory we treasure.

That’s got to count for something.
