Hi there. The idea is I’m going to start doing a podcast soon. It’ll be about comedy improvisation mainly. There’s a burgeoning community of improvisors in London at the moment and it really feels like the scene is on the cusp of going mainstream with troupes like Showstopper! The Improvised Musical and Hoopla leading the charge into a brave new world where stand-up isn’t the only choice for a night out of comedy in London.

As a member of the impro community I hope to shed some light on different aspects of the theory behind good improvisation and I’ll also talk to some practitioners and review shows and that sort of thing.

We might even try doing some audio impro, live and unedited.
