  Nope :S but i totally guessed the passes right i believe that the message was clear – cyclists need to make sure they wear appropriate clothing!

  Not in the slightest, although I too got the number of passes. Half a point? I think the message is more that bears need to wear a high vis. A bear would do some serious damage to my car, whereas a cyclist would pretty much bounce off without causing me any problems.
