The Spirit of the Stairwell

There’s a whole world of culture out there, tear your eyes away from Britain’s Got Talent for a few seconds and look out the window. Can you see a cinema or a theatre or a little pub with a music venue upstairs that showcases independent music?

Okay I guess that was a bit of a long shot … but I’m trying to paint a picture here, a world of possibilities where people are funny or wise or profound. Where art teaches us something or at least makes us think a little. It’s a world of trial and error, crazy collaborations and singular experiences.
